your own. Here are the steps on how you can deal with it.
1. Talk to your neighbor and discuss on ways on how to solve the problem.

3. Research for local or state laws that may be applied to the situation. Look for the remedies
available for you.
4. Find out if your area has animal control authorities who can educate you on the local laws.
5. If you have exhausted every resolution you can think of but nothing seems to work, consider
calling the police.
